The house is really nice, the sea view & the summer kitchen , we enjoyed our stay ! The location is great between Moraira & Javea (sandy beach). Easy to go for a walk near the cliffs. Thanks to Gislinde to have found exactly what we were looking for our holidays !!

We were welcomed by a very friendly and service-minded owner and some of her friends/family. The house has four bedrooms in the basement. Three of the rooms have air condition, but only two of them could be active at the same time, due to voltage protection. Moreover, the room without A/C was really never that hot, though, since it was not particularly exposed to sunlight. The swimmingpool area was very nice, and conveniently located right outside the living room. We used it a lot. The house is located on a hillside where it is rather windy (we thought it was lovely with the "cooling" breeze, both during the day when we were sunbathing, but also during night, to cool down the house). Moreover, the house is located on the East side of the hill, i.e.: the sun sets rather early in the evening. The BBQ area was nice and often used in the evening/at night. The location of the house is in a friendly and quiet leisure neighborhood with a nice supermarket 450 m away, a fine restaurant with bar and swimmingpool 500 m away, and a pharmacy 550 m away. There was also another small restaurant (with horse riding) approx. 500 meters away. There are more nice restaurants in the nearest village (Benitatxell). The nearest stony beach is approx. 2 km away. If you want a sandy beach, you need to drive! We thought Xabia and Calp had very nice sandy beaches. There is a natural park in the vicinity where you can run or hike along some spectacular viewpoints and cliffs. All in all: a very nice place, especially if you have a rental car, or if you just want to have relaxing days by your own pool.

We spent 2 weeks in this comfortable house and had an excellent holiday. Besides the nice view and relatively calm neighborhood (some cars passing by on the road outside the house, but nothing to worry about), the area is just great a many attractions and places to see are 30 mins to 1 hour drive away. If you plan to visit Spain, this is definitely a great choice. Enjoy!
