Ifach - Marvious villa with sea-view and private pool. The house and garden is very wellkept and very good furnished. Its to rent the apartment at pool level and an other apartment behind the house. Its possible to rent the 2 apartments separated. In this case the studio don`t has the possibility to use the pool. There is also a third dwelling at the upper floor. But this apartment is not to rent, as its occupied the whole year. But this people don`t use the pool. Atico catalinos - Los Catalinos is a complex of 3 independent beautiful apartments located in the center of Conil. A beautiful communal courtyard decorated with potted plants, forms the entrance area to the apartments. All windows overlook the patio, allowing you to enjoy peace and relaxation just steps from the lively street life of downtown. The decorated tiles on walls and stairs, walls artfully painted in soft colours and lots of colourful decorative details in the interior create an aesthetic and harmonious living environment with a slight oriental touch. The house has hot water through solar energy. All apartments have fitted wardrobes, washing machine, bathroom with tub. Catalinos 1 is a small one-room apartment with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen line. A ventilator on the ceiling above the double bed is for cooling on hot summer days and nights. Catalinos 2 (4 persons) is an apartment of 65 m2 with a combined living/dining room with kitchen line, well lit by large windows. A double bedroom is on the first floor, the second is in the attic, open to the staircase that joins the living room. The bedroom on the second floor gives access to a roof terrace with magnificent views of the old town and the sea beyond. It is equipped with table and chairs and a couch. Air-conditioning upon request and with a supplement of 25 Euro / week. Catalinos 3 is another one room apartment of apriximately 40 m2, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed so there is room for three persons. The bathroom offers a small bathtub, the kitchen line is fully equipped with refrigerator, two flame ceramic stove, sink and washing machine.
